What this covers

This policy covers the Sideline Stats coming-soon website only. It is separate from the Sideline Stats match application. Joining the early access list does not create an account in the app, and this form does not collect match statistics.

Information we collect

If you join the early access list, we collect:

• your email address
• your club or team name
• your role
• the time the request was received

That record is how we know you asked to hear about Sideline Stats. Joining the list is not consent for unrelated promotional marketing. We also keep a basic rate-limit record for the connection that submitted the form, so the form cannot be flooded.

Why we use it

We use your email, club or team name, and role to manage the early access list. The emails that follow are about launch updates, availability, and an invitation to try Sideline Stats. They are not unrelated promotional marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it is stored

Signups are stored in Brevo, on the Sideline Stats early access list. The website sends them through a server route. The Brevo key is not available to the browser. Joining this list is a request for launch updates and an invitation to try Sideline Stats. It is not consent for other marketing, and we do not sell this information.

How long we keep it

We keep early access details until you unsubscribe, you ask us to delete them, or the list is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe, and you can ask to see, correct, or delete your details. Use the contact page. Once a contact email is published, you can use that as well.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
